Fall Colors

Color Burst!

The wind was light and there was a boat that was doing rounds for the tourists that caused ripples in the water every now and then. I waited for the winds to calm down before taking few shots. The light was not the best morning light but the scene was too colorful to be missed. Don't you love fall / autumn colors ?

Misty Appalachian

Even though it was overcast the scene was breathtaking. The image does not do justice to the beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway, one of America's most scenic roads.

Blue Ridge Valleys

Location : Blue Ridge National Park, North Carolina, USA. Description : This is a shot from the autumn of 2015 when I visited the Blue Ridge Parkway (one of america's most scenic roadways). It was a little past peak but the valleys down below still had some color in them. It was a amazing experience to watch the Appalachian mountains covered in fog which gives it a dreamy bluish look.
